But as we move fully into 2026, t-shirts are officially the most saturated product in the entire print on demand industry. The customer submits a photo, you drop it into the design, and you’re done. It is truly the easiest win ever. The print quality is stunning, the photos always come out crisp, and buyers go crazy over the personalization options: names, special dates, inside jokes, even details for bachelorette parties. This product is wildly underrated, sells extremely well on Etsy, and adding them to your shop can give you a serious advantage in one of the most profitable gift niches out there. If you want a product that practically sells itself, keychains are IT.

2. Puzzles: Puzzles are another seriously underrated product that deserve a spot in your shop. They make amazing anniversary gifts, family gifts, monogrammed family name gifts, game night gifts, and personalized kids gifts. And let me tell you, kids puzzles perform insanely well!!!

Printify gives you a huge range to choose from, everything from adorable 30 piece kids puzzles all the way up to massive 1,000 plus piece sets. In the next two years, I truly believe embroidered hats will be the next major POD bestseller. 10. Journals: Journals are genuinely one of my favorite POD items to sell. They are incredibly easy to design, the quality is amazing, and the mockups available online are chef’s kiss seriously beautiful. And the best part is that they sell extremely well. I will say they are starting to get a tiny bit more saturated but trust me there is still plenty of room to jump in and succeed as long as you stay focused on the right niche and the right design style. Journals are still a powerhouse product and absolutely worth having in your lineup.
